Like volume equals value.
Like silence means weakness.

But here’s the truth:

Loud isn’t leadership.
Charisma isn’t competence.
And introversion isn’t invisibility.

The loudest people in the room often crave attention.
Introverts command it with clarity, calm, and precision.

I don’t need a crowd to validate me.
I don’t need noise to make impact.
I don’t need to be more extroverted to win.

I built a business by being the quietest person in the pitch.
I’ve helped founders scale by saying less and doing more.

Akala ko pang job hunting lang ang LinkedIn!

Until it changed my life.

In 2023, isa lang speaking engagement ko.
I was creating content pero no one really knew what I did.
Walang inbound leads. Walang recognition. Walang growth.

So I studied LinkedIn like my life depended on it.
I researched. Experimented. Improved every single day.
And showed up even when no one was clapping.

By the end of 2024:

→ 30+ speaking engagements.

Let them underestimate you.

It gives you space to build without pressure.

When I was at Unilever, I wasn’t like most who were outspoken.
I kept my head down, did the work, and stayed in my lane.

That made it easy for people to overlook me.

Then a new campaign was rolled out.
Most people thought it wouldn’t work.
Some ignored it completely.

I was the first one to try it.
I stuck with it, tested what worked, and showed up every day.

By the end of that year, I had the highest sales in the campaign.
Not because I talked the most, but because I followed through.

Being introverted is not a weakness.
It’s a strategy if you use it right.

Here’s how to make your silence speak louder:

1. Pick your moment and own it fully.
2. Do the thing others doubt, and do it better.
3. Let your results talk. Loudly. Consistently. Without apology.

You don’t need to prove them wrong with words.

You prove them wrong by winning.
