Mas maraming nakakaranas ng suicidal thoughts.

Hindi lang ito numero.
Hindi lang ito datos.

Mga kaklase natin sila.
Mga kaibigan.
Mga anak.
Mga kapatid.

At karamihan sa kanila, tahimik lang na lumalaban.

Nakakatakot isipin na sa likod ng mga ngiti sa social media, may mga taong ubos na ubos na pala.
Na sa likod ng “okay lang ako,” may sumisigaw na pala sa loob.
