AN UPDATE ON OUR COMMITMENTS

Over the past several weeks, Tier One Entertainment has been reviewing and reconciling its accounts with former and current talents, suppliers, and partners.

As of 3 September 2026, we are able to share the following figures with regards to Talent Payables incurred from 2023 until today. Here are the facts:

Total Payables: 1,080
Payables Completed: 926
Payables Ongoing: 154

We recognize the impact that delayed payments and gaps in communication have caused. We remain committed to addressing legitimate obligations responsibly and to improving our internal processes to ensure our stakeholders moving forward feel respected and heard.

To protect everyone involved, individual cases will continue to be handled privately rather than debated publicly. Any confirmed balance and the appropriate next steps will be communicated directly to the individual or organization concerned.

Anyone with an account requiring review may send us a DM. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 3-5 working days.

We know that trust will not be restored by public statements alone. It must be earned through consistent action, transparency, and proper follow-through.

We will provide another verified progress update by November 2026.

We would like to provide one more clarification to the public regarding the nature of our relationship with Tier One talents with whom we have partnered in the past.

From the beginning, Tier One Entertainment set out to help elevate the industry through a people-first approach. Beyond providing opportunities, we believed that helping cover some of the basic costs of pursuing a career in content creation would give our talents greater room to focus on developing their craft and building their careers.

While our engagements with these individuals were governed by contractual arrangements, depending on the circumstances, certain talents were provided additional financial support on top of deal flow, marketing, and paid international appearances.

For context:

Townhouse: ₱392,000.00 PAID
Utilities: [not covered by the company]

Total talent allowances paid to [Redacted]: ₱3,488,800.00
Total rental allowances paid to [Redacted]: ₱2,755,551.38

For additional context, Tier One continued covering the townhouse expenses of the talent referenced above until July of 2026, including for a period after the talent was no longer represented by the company, after the talent’s transfer to another agency in 2025.

During the company's financially challenging years, maintaining the same level of support became increasingly difficult, but continued to do so.

None of this erases or excuses the instances where we fell short.
We only share this not to diminish anyone else's experience, but to provide a more complete picture of our history with the people we worked with.

In line with our recent statement on accountability, we would like to provide clarity on the current public sentiment that the company hasn’t been settling talent fees at all.

Regarding this matter and to provide better context, here is a sample breakdown of fees paid to one of our talents for previous engagements over the course of five (5) years. Here are the facts.

Talent Fees Paid to [classified]

2022: ₱40,000
2023: ₱249,365
2024: ₱570,704
2025: ₱82,015
2026: ₱96,250

Total talent fees paid to [classified]: ₱1,038,334

These figures reflect payments made during our professional relationship with the talent and are based on the company’s available and verified payment records.

The records show that payments have been made throughout the years, and payments will continue to be made.

We acknowledge that there has been a lack of communication on the company’s part due to our downsizing, which affected our pace and capacity to address concerns as soon as possible. We do not deny that, nor do we believe that financial difficulties excuse our responsibility to communicate faster and better going forward.

There is an important distinction between silence and non-action.

For years, Tier One Entertainment has strived to elevate the industry and advocate for gaming creators. We respect everyone’s right to speak about their experiences and opinions. We remain committed to resolving legitimate outstanding obligations professionally.

Most companies make a statement to announce that they'll take action. We decided to take action first and now we believe that this is the time to make a statement.

We chose to stay silent not because we were running away from the company's problems but because we chose to solve matters privately. To be transparent, the company went through multiple restructuring processes that resulted to a reduction in manpower that heavily affected our pace of working.

Since then, we have been working behind the scenes and the work is currently in progress. We are confident that we have done the right things and will continue to do the right things.

Despite the setback, we believe that we were able to keep our core team that can help us bring back the company to a stronger direction.

As of today, Tier One Entertainment has been operational now for almost a decade and will continue to do so.

We know that our company can take these challenges as a lesson to learn and improve our operations going forward.

To our stakeholders, we would like to apologize for all the people who were affected by our company's struggles in the past year and rest assured that we are committed in fulfilling the company's obligations to all of you.

For the communities who follow us, thank you for keeping us accountable. We now know the price of staying truly top tier and have learned from it in the most difficult way. To those of you who still believe in what we can do, thank you and we hope that there's a world where we can still all work together.

Through the years, we have seen our gamers comeback from impossible odds, watch us make ours.
