Peoples' Legacy Awards (PLA) during the Persons with Digitabilities Workshop, Film Fest, and Expo: The Exemplar Filipino celebrities, personalities, queens, policymakers, brands, companies, institutions, and persons with disabilities who championed the visibility of disability in their fields and careers, contributed to raising awareness and understanding of health, diseases, and disabilities, and pushed for disability and health rights, inclusion, and accessibility. The PLA is a partnership project by The LoveLife Project for Health & Environment Inc. and Ph Best Magazine. The PWDWFF is a LoveLife Project initiative with the support of the QC government through the kindness of Mayor Joy Belmonte, in partnership with QC Peoples' Council Academe/Education Sector, QC PDAO, QC BCRD, Brgy Sikatuna Village, YEAHA Channel, PWDFest Channel, PAGCOR, AbuboTito, 1Breadwinners, Rebyudatna, Freelance Writers' Guild of the Philippines, and Artists' Welfare Foundation, held on July 19, 2024 at the QC X Museum, QC Memorial Circle Park, Quezon City. The event had 1,000 attendees.
