It's trending that the Nintendo patents and lawsuits nowadays. But did you know in Costa Rica, Nintendo sued a supermarket named Super Mario? The case favored the supermarket owner, and he gained victory in legal court against the giant company.

DID YOU KNOW?

In 1993, in a time of console wars, SEGA dissed Nintendo by creating ads (left column) about blast processing. Today, they recreated the ad (right column), but this time they are promoting Sonic Racing: Crossroads against the Nintendo game Mario Kart. Although it's blurred, it's obviously noticeable.
