Welcome to the Philippines:

1 year in Nursery
2 years in Kindergarten
6 years in Elementary
4 years in Junior High School
2 years in Senior High School
4–5 years in College (depending on the course)

That’s almost 20 years of studying, countless tuition fees, projects, uniforms, books, school contributions, and sleepless nights.

All for the promise of a “better future.”
