Wag masyado nakikipaghabulan at nakikipag Kumpetensya sa buhay”
Isa ito sa mga importanteng bagay na natutunan ko sa buhay and when I’ve realized this - it changes my life for the better! I became more calm, less stress, I learned how to live in the moment and surprisingly became more productive and happy.
My big lesson is the more na nagmamadali tayo sa buhay and laging nakikipaghabulan the more frustrations, stress, overwhelmed, unhappy we could become.
non-stop yung mga bagay that we want to achieve, to possess and to experience.
Kaya madalas sobrang dami ang iniisip and iniintindi natin kasi sobra din ang gusto nating gawin, overwhelming schedule, projects, busyness.
and even we achieved our goals n sinet ntin nakatingin agad tayo sa next goal, next experience, next things to buy!
So we end up not able to enjoy and appreciate the life that we have now because of never ending pursuit of “getting ahead”.
So hindi naman masama ang mga goals na ito but, Let's learn how to pace ourselves this is your own race and hindi kailangan makipag unahan sa iba.
Heres what helps me.
1.] Identify your priorities ikaw lng ang nakakaalam kung ano pinaka importante sayo.
2.] Create a realistic goal to achieve. Hindi kailangan agad ng malaki and magarbo . Start small and this would build skills and confidence so the next goal will be more achievable. Building my dreams - one goal at a time.
3.] Create a plan on how to achieve it. The goal here is realistic and sustainable action.
And most importantly run the race at your own pace.
Yung pace na you are making progress but also yung pace n happy ka and your able to enjoy life and give time to what really matters in that season of your life.
