Sometimes,
you need to be reminded that rest is not a reward— it’s a necessity.
You don’t have to earn your right to pause. You don’t have to burn out to prove your worth.
You are human, not a machine.
Even God Himself rested.
So breathe.
Step back.
You are still valuable even when you’re not producing. You are still loved even when you’re not doing.
Rest isn’t laziness.
It’s how you refill what life has been pouring out of you. You can’t give your best if you’re running on empty.
Pause. Breathe. You deserve it.
