1. Eggs are not the enemy.
Research shows na hindi itlog ang major cause ng heart disease. Ang mas malaking problema ay sugar at ultra-processed foods na nagdudulot ng chronic inflammation at insulin resistance.
2. Eggs are nutrient bombs.
May choline para sa brain at liver health, Vitamin B12 para sa dugo at nerves, protein para sa muscles, at antioxidants tulad ng lutein at zeaxanthin para sa mata.
3. Egg yolks are not bad.
Nasa p**a ang fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, at K. May healthy cholesterol din na kailangan ng hormones at cell membranes.
4. Eggs donโ€™t raise your cholesterol in a bad way.
Dietary cholesterol โ‰  Blood cholesterol. Para sa karamihan ng tao, ang pagkain ng itlog ay hindi nagdudulot ng makabuluhang pagtaas ng LDL. Mas importante ang pag-monitor ng triglycerides at HDL kaysa iwasan ang itlog.

Sa mga gusto mag low carb kasi mahirap na magkasakit pero sana kayanin๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Start ka muna sa low carb foods , eliminate , rice sugary drinks , sweets , starchy vegetables , processed snacks,replace them with :
๐Ÿ’œMain dish mo healthy protein like eggs , chicken, beef ,pork , fish and seafoods .
๐Ÿ’›You can add healthy fats like , avocado, coconut meat , olives (oil ) nuts .
Mag Add ka ng low carb veggies like , cauliflower, broccoli, cabbages , alternative sa rice
๐ŸฉตAdd high in fiber if you want like : okra , malungay , spinach , eggplants .
Snacks- nuts like almonds , cheese, boiled eggs.
๐Ÿ’šStay hydrated ,drink plenty of water 1 to 2 litre per day if not contraindicated .
Make your own electrolytes.
-exercise, home or gym like walking ๐Ÿšถ
โค๏ธConsult low carb Dr if you have type 2 diabetes/insulin and any other health problems.

After 2 to 4 weeks you will start to feel better and fat adapted , you wonโ€™t feel hungry, you will loose weight, more on water . Then you will be in metabolic state called ketosis.Where you will use fats / ketones as your main source of energy instead of glucose.

You will lose more weight, because ketones are none retaining. At this point you can start your Intermittent fasting gradually.

Example Start from 6pm till 6am (12/12 ) . Eating window mo 12 hours 12 hours fasting ๐Ÿ˜
