Some days feel heavier than others — days when anxiety, loneliness, hopelessness, or pain seem to overshadow everything....

Some days feel heavier than others — days when anxiety, loneliness, hopelessness, or pain seem to overshadow everything. On those days, we need gentle reminders of where to turn:

If you’re hurting, turn to the Healer. He knows your pain and offers comfort beyond understanding.

If you feel unloved, unseen, or unworthy, let yourself be held by the Savior who is Love. You are known and cherished, even when you can’t feel it.

If you feel hopeless, trust in the One who gives you purpose and a future. His plans for you are good, even when the road feels uncertain.

If you feel anxious, run to the Prince of Peace. His presence calms storms within us and around us.

Whatever you’re facing today, you are not alone. He is near to the brokenhearted, and His grace is sufficient for every moment. Breathe. Trust. Rest in His love. 🙏🏻🤍
