In relation to the published 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐫. 07 issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) at 05:00 AM of November 16, 2024, this Station is 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐬/𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐥 (𝐓𝐂𝐖𝐒) 𝐍𝐨. 1 brought by Typhoon “Pepito” which includes the province of Romblon in accordance to the HPCG Memorandum Circular 02-23 entitled “Revised Guidelines on Movement of Vessel during Heavy Weather” dated 23 March 2023.

Furthermore, all vessels are reminded to take precautionary measures and be extra vigilant in monitoring the movement of typhoon if deemed to be affected by said weather disturbance. Voyage of vessels will resume until further notice and upon improvement of weather and sea conditions and vessels who intend to take shelter shall be permitted as long as manifested through a written request and no passenger or cargo shall be allowed onboard.
