We are bringing back an original White Pillars classic! The EGGPLANT JOSEPHINE will be available for a limited time! If you haven’t heard, the original Matriarch of White Pillars, Mrs V, has passed. She was such an integral part of the culture and food scene that now exists on the Gulf Coast, that we wanted to do something to honor her legacy. Her mantra that every meal at White Pillars should be an event is something that we approach each and every day with! We are so lucky to be able to continue such a legacy.
