These are truths that are non-negotiable and define our faith and practice:

1. The Authority of Scripture – The Bible (KJB for Baptists who hold to it) is the sole rule of faith and practice. You may use other translations for reference not for preference (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

2. Salvation by Grace through Faith – Salvation is only through Jesus Christ, not by works or sacraments. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

3. Baptism of Believers by Immersion – A public profession of faith, symbolizing the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. (Romans 6:4)

4. The Autonomy of the Local Church – Each local church governs itself under Christ as its Head. (Colossians 1:18)

5. The Priesthood of the Believer – Every believer has direct access to God through Christ. (1 Peter 2:9)

6. The Great Commission – Evangelism and discipleship are the duty of every church and believer. (Matthew 28:19-20)

7. Eternal Security of the Believer – Once truly saved, always saved. (John 10:28-29)

True spiritual bullying happens when authority is abused to control, silence, and dominate the flock. Instead of pointing people to Christ, the bully pastor makes himself the center.
Instead of leading with humility, he leads with fear.
Instead of caring for souls, he crushes them for his own ego.

Jeremiah 23:1–2 thunders: “Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the Lord. Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them.”

The issue is not strong leadership… it is selfish leadership. God appoints shepherds to feed and guard, not to starve and scatter.
At its core, spiritual bullying is the misuse of spiritual authority to control, manipulate, or exploit others for personal gain.
It is not leadership; it is lordship.
It is not shepherding; it is devouring.

The world is full of selfishness and greed. The scripture say,
"Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others" Philippians 2:4 ( ESV).

"Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others." Philippians 2:4 ( KJV)

But we don't listen to these words, We only look to our own interest. And so the system that we built will sooner or later fall down. And when this happens, we will all be overrun by the world's problems. We may lose our job. We may lose some very important to us. Or our life just seems so hopeless that its impossible to find a solution all by ourselves. However, we have a loving God who cares for us, who provides for us, who has a plan for us. Let us never forget that He has a solution for the biggest problems. He will not leave us alone in our darkest hours. And he will provide a way out even when we think it is impossible. I know because it happens to me. I dont know what kind of difficulties you are struggling with right now. I dont know what is making your life tough today. But I do know one thing. "GOD IS AVAIL TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM". And if you place your life in his hands, you will also be given a new chance.
