🚀 Thinking of starting a business—but worried about the operational headaches?
From permits and suppliers to systems and daily operations, launching a business can feel overwhelming. That’s why Samsung’s Smart Wash Business Solutions is catching the attention of entrepreneurs who want a simpler, more structured way to enter the commercial laundry business.

📅 March 25, 2026
📍 SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia

Samsung is set to unveil a fully integrated laundry business ecosystem—bringing together not just commercial washers and dryers, but also SmartThings connectivity, utility partners, machine‑safe detergents, and even financing and banking support in one coordinated system.

🤝 At the heart of this initiative is CYA Industries Inc., a trusted Samsung dealer in the Philippines since 2001, leading the installation, system setup, and operational onboarding—so business owners can focus more on running and growing the business, not assembling it from scratch.

🎤 The event will also feature insights from respected names in entrepreneurship and franchising, including Butz Bartolome, Mommy Negosyo Myrna Natividad, Mark Del Rosario, MK Bertulfo, and Cap Hernandez, hosted by Issa Litton.
If you’re an entrepreneur with capital—and you’re becoming more intentional about where you invest your time, energy, and resources—this is one event worth paying attention to.

🛒✅ NO NEED TO PANIC OR HOARD
Food supply remains stable — PBBM assures the public 🇵🇭
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. assured Filipinos that there is enough food and basic goods in the country, despite global tensions in the Middle East. According to the President, prices remain generally normal and the supply of rice, food, and other essentials is sufficient.

👀 Government agencies are actively monitoring public markets and supermarkets to make sure:
✅ Prices are fair
✅ SRPs are followed
✅ Supplies remain steady
📢 The message is clear: Buy only what you need.
There is no shortage, and panic buying or hoarding only makes things harder for everyone.
🤝 The government will continue working to keep prices stable and protect Filipino livelihoods.

🚨 STOP. Before You Apply for Any Online Loan — Read This. 🚨
In a major move to protect Filipino borrowers, Copperstone Lending, Inc. has officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) — the attached agency of the DICT leading the government’s fight against cybercrime.
Yes, you read that right.

This is not just another corporate announcement. This is a public–private alliance to fight online lending scams, strengthen consumer protection, and raise the bar for digital financial security in the Philippines.

📍 Quezon City — The agreement was formalized by Usec. Aboy A. Paraiso, Executive Director of CICC, and David S. Balamon, CEO of Copperstone Lending, Inc., alongside key legal and leadership representatives from both organizations.

🔐 Why This Matters to Every Filipino Borrower
As online lending continues to grow, so do the risks — fake apps, identity theft, harassment tactics, and cybercrime-related abuses.

Through this strategic partnership, Copperstone Lending and CICC will collaborate on:
✔ Anti-cybercrime initiatives
✔ Public education campaigns on safe digital borrowing
✔ Coordinated complaint-handling mechanisms
✔ Strengthened data privacy and regulatory compliance
✔ Proactive fraud prevention strategies

This alliance sends a clear message: “Responsible digital lending must be transparent, lawful, and consumer-first.”

🏛 Strengthening Legitimacy Through Government Collaboration
By aligning with CICC, Copperstone Lending reinforces its commitment to operating under strict regulatory standards and supporting government-led cybersecurity efforts.
In a digital era where trust is everything, collaboration with the country’s cybercrime authority demonstrates:

• Commitment to lawful operations
• Protection of borrower data
• Accountability in digital transactions
• Zero tolerance for fraud and abuse

This partnership positions Copperstone Lending not just as a lending company, but as an active stakeholder in building a safer Philippine digital finance ecosystem.

🌐 Building Trust in Digital Lending in the Philippines
Online lending is here to stay. But trust must evolve alongside technology.
The MOA marks a step forward in:
🔎 Promoting transparency in online lending
🛡 Protecting borrowers from cybercrime
📢 Increasing public awareness on safe digital transactions
🤝 Strengthening cooperation between the private sector and the government
As digital finance expands, partnerships like this are critical to ensuring integrity, accountability, and public confidence.

💬 Digital lending should empower — not endanger — Filipinos.
With this alliance, Copperstone Lending affirms its role in helping create a safer, more transparent, and more responsible digital lending environment nationwide.

⚠️ BSP Raises Cash Withdrawal Threshold to ₱1 Million:
📦 What Small Businesses Need to Know

How the New Rule Affects SMEs: Many SMEs regularly withdraw substantial amounts of cash for purposes such as:

✔Employee payroll
✔Payments to suppliers
✔Project-based disbursements
✔Construction, procurement, and site expenses

Under the previous ₱500,000 threshold, these transactions were more likely to be interrupted by compliance checks. The higher limit now allows businesses greater operational efficiency.

That said, flexibility comes with responsibility. Businesses that frequently withdraw amounts close to or above ₱1 million should ensure they have:

✔Clear documentation explaining the purpose of each withdrawal
✔Proper and up-to-date accounting records
✔Adequate internal controls governing cash handling

Poor documentation or inconsistent records may still trigger closer review by banks or regulators.

🚨 GUSTO MO BA NG PERSONAL LOAN PERO NATATAKOT MA-DENY?
Hindi ka nag-iisa. 💯

👉 responsible borrowing
👉 transparency

Kung alam mo kung paano ka sinusuri + paano maghanda, tataas nang SULIT ang approval chances mo—even if hindi perfect ang finances mo.

📌 Narito ang praktikal, pang-Pinoy, at pang‑real-life na tips:

🔥 1. Intindihin kung paano tinitingnan ang creditworthiness.
Hindi automatic reject ang mababang credit score. Ang tinitingnan:
• history ng bayad
• existing debts
• bawas late payments
• overall behavior

🔥 2. Ipakita ang STABLE at VERIFIABLE na income.
Madalas hindi na-de-deny dahil “mababa” ang kita…
Kundi dahil hindi ma-verify.
Payslip, bank statements, invoices = mas mataas ang approval.

🔥 3. Ayusin ang DTI (debt-to-income ratio).
Bayaran muna ang maliliit na utang. Huwag munang magdagdag ng bago.

🔥 4. Mag-apply ng realistic na loan amount.
Sakto sa kailangan. Hindi sobra, hindi kulang.

Halimbawa: Copperstone Lending Inc. (SEC Registration No. 2021050012959‑04) — sumusunod sa ethical and legal lending standards.

🔥 6. Mag-ingat sa co‑signers at collateral.
May benepisyo, oo—but may risk. Siguraduhin ang kakayahang magbayad.

🔥 7. I-review ang credit records bago mag-apply.
May errors sa credit data? Oo, nangyayari ’yan.

🔥 8. Iwasan ang high-risk, short-term “payday loans.”
Mataas ang fees, mabilis ang due date, at masisira ang cash flow mo.

🔥 9. APPLY SMART, NOT MANY (BAWAL TAPAL SYSTEM!).
Huwag sabay-sabay. Red flag ’yan sa lenders.

💡 Huling Paalala:

🚨 Legit Lenders Copperstone & MocaMoca Supports SEC Crack Down on Illegal Online Lenders 🚨

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has recently released a new advisory naming unauthorized online lending platforms operating in the Philippines—sending a strong signal in the fight against illegal and abusive digital lending. 🇵🇭⚖️

As the fintech and online lending space continues to grow, consumer protection, transparency, and compliance matter more than ever.

In response, Copperstone Lending Inc. and its digital lending app MocaMoca expressed full support for the SEC’s regulatory action, emphasizing the importance of responsible lending, data privacy, and ethical customer engagement to protect Filipino borrowers. 🤝📱

“Compliance is not just a requirement—it is a commitment to our customers.” - Copperstone Lending

🔍 Why this matters to consumers:
✅ Clear and transparent loan terms
✅ Protection from abusive collection practices
✅ Compliance with Philippine data privacy laws
✅ Safer and more trustworthy digital lending

The SEC continues to urge the public to verify lending apps and websites through its official registry and to report illegal lenders through its hotline and online portals.

As digital finance evolves, strong regulation + compliant lenders are key to building long-term trust in the Philippine lending ecosystem. 💡

📌 Reminder: Always choose SEC-registered and compliant lending providers before applying for any online loan.
