# # # *1. WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY?*
*Revelation 13:16-18 - NIV:*
> *16* It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to *receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads,*
> *17* so that *they could not buy or sell* unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.
> *18* This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the *number of a man. That number is 666.*

# # # *2. WHAT DOES "666" MEAN?*
**Symbol** **Meaning**
**6** **Number of man** - Man was created on Day 6. Represents human imperfection.
**7** **Number of God** - Perfection. 7 days of creation, 7 churches.
**666** **"Triple failure"** - Man making himself god. **Perfect rebellion** against God.
*In John's time:* 666 = *Nero Caesar* using Hebrew gematria. He was the emperor who killed Christians and demanded worship.

# # # *3. WHAT IS THE "MARK ON FOREHEAD AND HAND"?*
*It's not just a literal tattoo or microchip.* It's symbolic:
1. *Forehead = Your mind/loyalty* - Who do you worship? God or money/work/fear of people?
2. *Hand = Your actions* - Who do you serve? Do you obey evil just to survive?
*If you surrender to the "beast system" just to eat = That's the mark.* Even without 666 on your skin.

# # # *4. WHAT IS "CANNOT BUY OR SELL"?*
*Economic control.* In the end times:
_"Worship the beast, or you starve. No job, no food."_
# # # *5. WHAT IS THE OPPOSITE OF 666?*
*Revelation 14:1* - The 144,000 have *"the Lamb’s name and His Father’s name written on their foreheads"*
*Meaning:*
- *666 on forehead* = You belong to the beast/enemy
- *Jesus' name on forehead* = You belong to God
# # # *6. SHOULD YOU BE AFRAID OF 666?*
*NO.* Why?
*Revelation 14:9-10* - The warning is only for those who *willingly receive it* and *worship the beast.*
*But 1 John 4:4 says:*
_"The one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world."_
*You CANNOT be marked if:*
1. *Jesus is in your heart* - Not visa, not salary
2. *You refuse evil* - Even when it's hard, you choose what's right
3. *You already have God's "mark"* - *Ephesians 1:13:* _"You were sealed with the Holy Spirit"_

*But Revelation says:* *In the end, the beast loses. The Lamb wins.*
*Revelation 14:1* - John saw the Lamb standing, and with Him those who were faithful.
