Here is my first attempt at making a low-calorie dark chocolate souffle.

I have been looking for alternatives to (processed) sugar when making desserts for my wife and came across this recipe.

I have always wanted to try baking, and it's been fun. It has been fulfilling to venture into something I do not know and learn as I go.

I want to document my journey on this page and see the improvements as I keep practicing.

Here is my honest review of Rebel Croissants. I have always wanted to try them out, and it's a good thing I spotted them on my way home. I bought these at a local gas station along TPLEX.

Healthy desserts here at home.

Ingredients:

Sliced mangoes
Sliced dragonfruit
Greek yogurt
Honey
Chia seeds
Basil seeds

Instructions:
- soak the chia seeds and basil seeds for an hour
- slice the fruits into small pieces
- add a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom
- add the soaked chia and basil seeds
- add honey
- another layer of yogurt
- add sliced fruits

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours (or more), and then enjoy!

It was my first time eating crabs in the province, so we decided to have some at home. My initial reaction was it was very tedious. Daming himay-himay tapos meong portions an konti lang pala ang laman.

Pano kayo kumain ng alimango? Anong pwede ko pang gawin dito para maging expert? 😂
