The virus usually causes a common cold. But sometimes it infects the lungs and breathing passages and can cause breathing problems in infants and young children. It is the most common cause of Bronchiolitis and Pneumonia.

The moms that barely got any sleep last night.
The mom that woke up every single time the baby woke up.
The moms that are so tired you don’t know how you’re going to get through the day.
The moms that are so overwhelmed right now.
The moms that are trying their best but feeling like they could do better.

You are SO amazing. I know you’re tired mama, I know you are exhausted and feeling so overwhelmed with everything right now. Mama, you are NOT alone. I don't have a magic wand, I have no advice that will fix it all. What I do have, is understanding. You’re not alone ❤️

Even on our bad days, we try our best and that… that is enough. You are enough 🫶

Being a mom can be the loneliest thing in the world.

We are all so quick to judge a mother for every choice they make. Critique every flaw they have, without considering that they are living for the first time too.

Mothers aren’t perfect but they are selfless.

Motherhood is lonely enough without the constant pressure to live up to everyone’s expectations.

So the next time you want to say something negative about how a mother is feeding her baby, how her baby is sleeping or how her child is acting.

Remember, it’s a mother’s first time living life too.
