I experienced bullying when I was so skinny meaning skin and bone, they called isda nga na mahalhan,wala nay gikaon napasmo,sa panahon na tambok nako, tambuka nimo oy sabay hikap sa tiyan, but this time I realized unsay isulte sa uban I don't matter,ang importante listen to your body how you feel,Kay Ikaw ra mismo nakabalo,and please be sensitive before you comment sa ubang body Kay you don't know the struggle,what ever reason ngano ni tambok or naniwang siya,in diet we have different preference Kay lain lain ta need sa body kung nag work sa imo diet sa uban dili look a diet suitable and sustainable for you
