para sa mga nasa SAUDI ARABIA 🇸🇦
PWEDE na kayo makalipat ng bagong employer at ito ay nasa QIWA app lang maaaccess.
Aprobado na sa LABOR REFORM INITIATIVE ng Saudi ang paglipat sa bagong company/employer ng mga empleyado/domestic workers.
DALAWANG PARAAN PARA MAKALIPAT KAYO:
( #1 UNANG PARAAN)
Transfer without consent: (ang mga sumusunod ay mga dahilan para makalipat ng bagong employer kahit hindi nyo sabihin sakanila na kayo ay lilipat na)
A.( Contract Expiration): The employment contract has officially ended.
B. (Unpaid Wages): The employer has failed to pay the worker's salary for three consecutive months or more.
C. (Iqama/Work Permit Issues): The employer has failed to renew the worker's Iqama (residence permit) or
Work Permit upon expiration.
D. (No Contract Registration): The employer has not registered the employment contract on the Qiwa platform within 90 days of the worker's arrival.
E. (Employer Non-Compliance): The employer is non-compliant with the Wage Protection System (WPS) or other significant labor law requirements, such as failing to meet Saudization quotas (which may allow employees to transfer).
#2 PANGALAWANG DAHILAN PARA MAKALIPAT
Transfer with Current Employer's Consent: (Kahit na walang violationa sa #1 ang inyong employer ngayon ay pwede parin kayo lumipat kung gugustuhin ninyo.
Kaylangan nyo lang sundin ang mga steps na sumusunod:
A. Completion of Service: The worker must typically complete at least one year of service with the current employer.
B. Valid Contract: The worker must have a valid, documented work contract.
C. Notice Period: The worker must submit a formal resignation and serve the contractually agreed-upon notice period (usually 30 days for the employee).
D. New Employer Initiation: The new employer must submit a job offer and initiate the transfer request through the Qiwa platform.
