PAGASA has upgraded its rainfall alert for several municipalities in Pampanga to an Orange Rainfall Warning as the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to bring persistent heavy rains across Central Luzon.

In Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 22, issued at 11:00 p.m. Friday, the weather bureau warned that flooding is threatening in areas placed under the Orange Warning Level.
