Kahit saang socmed ka pumunta ngayon, usong uso ang flex culture. Flex ng bagong bahay, flex ng pera, bagong sasakyan etc.

Dahil dito, ang daming naiingit sa mga nagfflex ng mga material na bagay kaya lalong dumadami ang mga nadedepress at may mental health problems, lalo na sa mga kabataan.

Bakit ito nakakaapekto sa mental health ng mga followers? Dahil most people feel jealous, not inspired. Masyadong mababaw kasi ang mga nakikita nila na pinapahalagahan sa socmed which are the material things. Mostly sa mga nagfflex ay nagyayabang lang. Walang kahit anong value whatsoever na pwedeng mapulot at maisabuhay ng mga viewers.

Ang hindi alam ng karamihan, 90% ng mga flex sa socmed ay hindi makatotohanan. Malayong malayo sa totoong buhay. Kaya hindi dapat pinaniniwalaan lahat ng nakikita natin sa socmed.

Para sa akin, ang ultimate flex ay yung flex na kaya makapag-inspire ng mga tao. Yung tipong may values na mapupulot lalo na sa mga kabataan. Yung tipong makakaramdam sila ng sense of direction sa buhay nila. Yung tipong makikita nila na posible pala maabot ang pangarap ng walang inaapakan na iba na akala natin dati ay imposible.

Ako personally, never ako nainggit o namangha sa mga nagfflex ng mga material things. Naiinspire ako sa mga nagsheshare at nagfflex ng workouts, healthy lifestyle, healthy relationships, healthy family, giving back sa community, giving help sa charities, shelters and less fortunate people and animals. Mga flex na may kabuluhan. Mga flex na kayang maabot ang kalaliman ng mga puso natin.

They are the ones that give me inspirations. They are the ones that push me to help more people. They are the ones that challenge me to be a better person for my family. They are the ones that ignite the fire deep within me to continue to be of service to others and to make the world a better place to live in.

At this stage, naging balewala na sa akin ang mga mabababaw na bagay. My soul now craves for the deeper meaning of life. 💖 Skl! ☺️
