3rd Anniversary fun dive at Pagkilatan, Batangas
June 23-27, 2025

It was supposed to be a 3-day Pagkilatan, 2-day Binukbok dive trip but due to uncontrollable circumstances, we stayed in Pagkilatan the whole time. Went to Isla Verde instead of Binukbok and was able to explore and enjoy the clear waters of the Verde Island passage.

That was 5 days of good dives and good food with great company.

Aerial Yoga & Freediving

Some of our teaching staff recently stepped into the world of aerial yoga for the first time and we were truly awed by how it aligns with freediving. Controlled breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation, poses for arm, leg, core strength, and hip flexor flexibility, pushing limits SAFELY, almost every aspect offered tools we could utilize to improve our underwater discipline.

While weโ€™ve always heard that many freedivers incorporate yoga into their training, it wasnโ€™t until we experienced it ourselves that we fully understood the value.

Freediving truly is yoga underwater.

A heartfelt thank you to yoginis Regina, Corinne, and Liane - our yoga teachers..and freediving studentsโ˜บ๏ธ for introducing us to this transformative activity. You've helped open a new pathway in our continued growth as freedivers. In tagalog, dagdag budol kayo! ๐ŸคฃโœŒ๏ธ

It's been a year since we met Teacher Angel! A non swimmer and was super nervous about open waterโ€”but she showed up, ready to give freediving a shot.

To help ease the wobbles, three of us were right there as her safety team the whole time. The water was already choppy that day, but she pushed through and surprised herself.

Moments like this are what we live for. โค๏ธ
