To my two precious little boys,

As I sit here, thinking of you both, a wave of warmth and pride washes over me. It feels like just yesterday I was holding each of you in my arms, tiny and vulnerable. Now, you're both growing into strong, capable young men, and it fills my heart with joy. No matter how big you grow, you will always be my little boys. I’ll be here holding your hands until you’re ready to walk on your own and even then, I’ll never let go in my heart..

Life has its challenges, and I know you've faced your share. Remember that no matter what storms you encounter, you always have each other, and you always have me. Lean on each other for support, for laughter, and for strength. And know that my love and support are unwavering.

Never be afraid to chase your dreams, no matter how big or how seemingly impossible they may seem. Embrace the journey, learn from your mistakes, and celebrate your successes. The world is waiting for you to make your mark.

Remember the values we've instilled in you: kindness, compassion, integrity. These are the qualities that will guide you through life and make you the best versions of yourselves.

(Even if you’re angry, tired, or frustrated)

1. “Wala kang kwenta.”
– It destroys their confidence and sense of worth.

2. “Bakit hindi ka katulad ng kapatid mo?”
– Comparison creates jealousy, resentment, and insecurity.

3. “Dapat hindi na kita pinanganak.”
– One of the most painful things a child could hear.

4. “Ang t*ng* mo talaga.”
– Labels stick. They’ll start believing it.

5. “Hayaan mo na, wala kang alam.”
– This silences them. Later in life, they won’t speak up.

6. “Ako ang magulang dito, kaya ako ang tama.”
– It teaches fear, not respect. Open communication is better.

7. “Tumigil ka nga, nakakahiya ka.”
– Public shaming causes deep emotional scars.

8. “Sige, iwan na lang kita.”
– It builds fear of abandonment and trust issues.
