๐๐๐๐๐ | On June 30, 2025 โ The Partido State Universityโs College of Hospitality and Tourism Management honored 176 graduate students from the NSTPโCivic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) in a recognition ceremony held within the university grounds. The event carried the theme: โEmpowered Youth: Champions of Community Development and Resilience.โ

โThe program began with the entrance of the faculty and guest, followed by the opening prayer and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem. This was succeeded by the recitation of the ParSU Vision, Mission, Core Values, and ISO Quality Policy, led by Mr. Jose Tunay Jr. III.

โCollege NSTP Coordinator Ms. Mary Alyca C. Sinay introduced the guest speaker, Mr. Domingo D. Palero, CWTS Coordinator, who delivered an inspirational message. The highlight of the program was the commencement address and conferment of NSTPโCWTS graduates by Dr. Kennedy C. Cuya, the Guest of Honor and Commencement Speaker.

โCertificates and special awards were presented by Dr. Cuya, who also serves as the Executive Assistant of Dr. Michael A. Clores, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Jessie Romero, College Dean.

โA message of gratitude was delivered on behalf of the graduates by Mr. Ricky, NSTP-SPC President (NSTPโCWTS component). This was followed by the NSRC Oath-Taking led by Ms. Sinay, the National Service Corps Oath, and the closing remarks.
