I’ve been doing a daily tarot pull for over 2 years now, not for fortune-telling, but as a way to check in with myself and reflect.

Each morning, I pull a card and ask:
✨ What do I need to know today?
✨ What intention feels supportive right now?

During the day, I notice how the card’s message shows up in my thoughts, interactions, and energy. And at night, I reflect:
🖤 What came up for me emotionally?
🖤 What did I learn or shift in perspective?

What I’ve come to love is how this blends beautifully with CBT techniques like thought tracking and cognitive restructuring, gently observing our thoughts, understanding the patterns behind them, and choosing kinder, more helpful ones.

Tarot gives me a compassionate mirror to explore my inner world, a way to practice mindfulness and emotional awareness while still honoring my intuitive self.

It’s been a grounding, healing ritual, one card, one moment, one breath at a time. 🌿
