PUBLIC ADVISORY!

It has come to our attention that the recent fiber cut incident (which affected subscribers from Central to Sablayan) that occurred last Friday, May 15, 2026, at approximately 10:15 AM appears to be intentional. The damaged fiber line was discovered near TOTA Hotel in Barangay Bagong Sikat.

We are currently coordinating efforts to obtain and review available CCTV footages in the area to determine the cause of the incident and identify those responsible for this unfortunate event.

We sincerely hope that this will remain an isolated case and will not happen again. We also respectfully urge the public, especially our valued subscribers, to immediately report any suspicious activity or illegal tampering involving our fiber lines, cables, or network boxes.

Please be advised that any individual found responsible for vandalism or unauthorized interference with our network facilities will be dealt with accordingly and will face the appropriate legal consequences.
