If you’re fond of local kakanin… you’re going to love to try making this soft, fluffy P**o Biñan at home
P**o Biñan Recipe
Ingredients:
250g rice flour/ground rice
3g baking powder
200g coconut milk
70g white sugar
15g oil
Procedure:
1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine gently. Do not overmix.
2. Optional: Let batter rest overnight at room temperature for better texture.
3. Pour into greased molds and steam for 5–10 minutes until set.
4. Top with cheese, boiled egg, and condensed milk; steam 3–5 more minutes.
5. Let cool slightly before serving
