𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗣𝗢𝗖𝘀

After thorough deliberation, the 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangays (SGLGB) recognizes the following Barangay Peace and Order Committees (BPOCs) in the Province of Eastern Samar as Highly Functional.

The BPOC Functionality Assessment is a key component of the SGLGB, a recognition system aimed at evaluating and enhancing the performance of Barangay-Based Institutions (BBIs) across various governance areas. It also establishes a unified national database that guides programs, policies, and recognitions for barangays nationwide.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) extends its warm congratulations to all BPOCs for this notable achievement, which highlights their dedication to sustaining peace and order in their communities.
