*NILAGANG BAKA*
*Mga Sangkap*
- 1 kilo ng baka (para sa nilaga) na hiniwa sa malalaking piraso
- 4 na maliit na sibuyas (hiniwa ng maliliit)
- 1/2 ulo ng bawang (minasa)
- Kaunting asin at paminta
- 7 medium na patatas (hiniwa sa parehong laki ng baka)
- 10 piraso ng pechay (hiniwa sa apat)
- 12 piraso ng petsay (hiniwa sa tatlo)
- 2 kutsara ng patis
- 2 kutsara ng mantika

*Paraan ng Pagluluto*
1. Sa isang palayok, igisa ang bawang at sibuyas.
2. Ilagay ang baka, tubig, at dalhin sa pagkulo. Bawasan ang apoy at hayaang magluto hanggang sa lumambot ang baka nang halos isang oras o dalawa.
3. Alisin ang lumutang na dumi sa ibabaw ng palayok at panatilihing malinaw ang sabaw.
4. Ilagay ang patatas at dalhin sa pagkulo upang maluto ang patatas. Timplahan ng asin, paminta, at patis.
5. Bawasan ang apoy at ilagay ang mga gulay. Lutuin nang walang takip.
6. Ihain nang mainit kasama ng toyo at calamansi ayon sa panlasa

*ADOBONG BABOY*
*Ingredients*
- 1 kilo pork picnic or side bacon belly (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 head garlic (finely chopped) portioned into two
- 3 pcs. laurel (bay leaves)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon peppercorn
- 3 tablespoons oil

*Procedures*
In a deep skillet, brown pork in oil.
Add vinegar, soy sauce, first portion of garlic, laurel, peppercorn and water. Bring to a boil, lower the fire and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
When it gets too dry just add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let simmer until pork become tender.
In another pan, cook remaining garlic until golden-brown. Add pork and pour the rest of the adobe sauce.
Serve hot.
