CBA students!

1. All CBA dean's list awardees must wear their complete school uniform and be in the school annex at 7.00 am.

2. All CBA students must submit the letter to the parents acknowledgement receipt on or before Feb 14, 2017 to their respected in-charge faculty members:

1st year - Mr. Felipe
2nd year - Mr. Papa
3rd year - Ms. Tabucol
BSA & BSAT - Mr. Medina

3. Attire on the following dates:

Feb 15 - org shirt
Feb 16 - course shirt
Feb 17 - org shirt

4. Attendance sheet must be placed in a short folder to be attached to their clearance.

5. All students must participate in all CBA week activities, except CBA night.
