Join the Vice Mayorโ€™s Cup Inter-Barangay Menโ€™s Volleyball Tournament and Compete to Win these Exciting Prizes ๐Ÿ๐Ÿคฝ

๐ŸVolleyball Tournament Guidelines๐Ÿ
1. General Rules
* The tournament shall follow the FIVB Official Volleyball Rules, unless otherwise modified by the organizer.
* All participants must be officially registered before the start of the tournament.
* Players must present themselves in proper sports attire (jersey and rubber shoes).
* A registered voter in the barangay he seeks to represent
2. Team Composition
* Each team shall have a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 12 players.
* Only registered players are allowed to play.
* Each team is allowed to have at least 2 reinforcements ( Registered from other Brgy or Municipality)
3. Game Format
* Games will be played in a best-of-three sets format.
* First two sets: race to 25 points (win by 2 points).
* Third/deciding set: race to 15 points (win by 2 points).
* Rally point system will be used.
4. Scheduling & Punctuality
* Teams must be at the venue 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
* A 15-minute grace period will be given; failure to field a team after this will result in forfeiture.
5. Conduct & Sportsmanship
* Players, coaches, and spectators are expected to show respect and fair play at all times.
* Unsportsmanlike behavior (taunting, trash talk, physical altercations) will lead to warnings, point deductions, or disqualification.
* Only the team captain may approach the referee for clarifications.
6. Officials & Decisions
* The decision of the referees and tournament committee shall be final and irrevocable.
* Any protest must be filed immediately after the game with a written explanation.
7. Safety & Health
* Players must ensure they are physically fit before joining.
* The organizer is not liable for injuries incurred during the tournament. though medical assistance will be available.
