Naka-receive ako ng call, actually transfer siya from one of my waive mates. There’s this guest looking out for me. Sabi ko bakit? Kasi daw natuwa sa pag assist ko sa kanya last time. 6:29AM na, last minute na lang end of shift na, pero sabi ko go transfer the call. I assist to collect some balance on the reservation. She is confident to provide information to me kasi super nagustuhan niya yung service ko. Marami siya request from the last call, and lahat na-provide ko kaya siguro ganon. She also insist na kung may survey is bibigyan niya ko ng magandang survey. Also want to speak to a supervisor for a commendation, gusto niya nga din magbigay ng compensation kung pwede daw.

Nakakatuwa na may mga ganitong guest, willing to take their time para makipag usap sa mga agents. Also with our company, most of our guests ay matatanda na, kasi gusto lang nila magcruise at mag enjoy.

Gusto ko lang i-share kasi nakakataba ng puso. Sa isip isip ko, kung pwede ko lang ibigay yung BPI ko eh no? Hahahaha pero kidding aside, thank you for the appreciation!
