URGENTLY NEEDED: INFLUENCER MANAGER

We’re looking for a proactive Influencer Manager to join our team of A-plus players! In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, managing, and coordinating influencers for our clients’ campaigns, while building strong relationships and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and select influencers that align with our client's goals and brand image
- Act as the main point of contact for influencers and clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication
- Coordinate influencer activities, including managing schedules, content guidelines, and campaign deliverables
- Collaborate closely with our team on campaign shoots and, when needed, travel to locations across the South for on-site coordination

Qualifications:

- Based in the South (availability for travel required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field preferred

Ever wondered why thousands or millions of views don't always translate to sales or follows?

“We want you to make our posts go viral!” It’s often a request we get from clients. Make a reel and make it viral. 😅

One of the misconceptions on Social Media is they think THEY ONLY NEED TO GET VIRAL to get business or followers. Seeing those likes, shares, and comments pile up feels like winning the internet lottery.. and we are celebrating already. This is the moment we’ve been waiting for, right? but hold up – going viral isn't the magic bullet for your business.

Here’s why:

1️⃣ Temporary Fame: That viral post might make you the talk of the town… FOR NOW. The internet’s attention span is shorter than 3seconds. Today’s viral sensation is tomorrow’s forgotten meme. Chasing VIRALITY means we’re constantly on that treadmill, trying to create the next big thing before our 15 minutes of fame runs out. 🥹

2️⃣ Audience Disconnect: Viral content attracts eyeballs from all corners, but are they really your target audience? Probably not. When a post goes viral, it spreads far and wide, touching audiences that may not even be interested in your product or service. They’re here for the laughs, the feels, the shareable content – not necessarily to buy what you’re selling. 💔

3️⃣ Content Quality & Goal: Let's talk about the stuff that goes viral – often entertaining, funny, or controversial. Does that align with your brand's vibe? What’s the goal behind the post, brand awareness or conversion? 🤷‍♀️

BUT THE QUESTION IS..

Why do this more than 2M Views generated less than 500 followers but this less than 100k views, generated almost 2,000 followers? 🤔

It’s because the other one is top of the funnel and the other one was on the bottom of the funnel. Can you guess which one? 👀 Answer in the comments!
