Muling pinaaalalahanan ng DepEd ang publiko na mag-ingat at maging mapanuri laban sa anumang uri ng misinformation.

Para sa opisyal na mga anunsiyo at impormasyon tungkol sa basic education, bisitahin lamang ang official DepEd Philippines social media accounts.

Dulatre succeeds the NQESH 2023

Santiago National High School proclaims another victory as Mr. Joseph U. Dulatre passed the 2023 National Qualifying Examination for School Heads.

When asked in an online interview about his inspiration in taking the exam, he mentioned that he wanted to assess his knowledge being an administrator. " I want to have self assessment as to the extent of how far my obtained knowledge and experiences in school administration may respond to the challenges, issues and concerns pertaining to becoming an administrator." "Another reason is that I just want to gain experience in taking the NQESH."

In addition, he also mentioned that he only had his faith and self-esteem when he took the exam.

Dulatre is currently the Head Teacher III of SNHS. The organization foresees his upcoming plans together with the administration for the betterment of the school.

Etrata and Llegue grab 2 slots for RSPC

Santiago National High School,represented by Miguel Kian Etrata and Queendy Belle Llegue, ranked second and third in Photojournalism making them as qualifiers for RSPC (Regional Schools Press Conference) during the Division Schools Press Conference held on October 17-18 at Narvacan National Central High School.

Etrata emerged as the second placer in Photojournalism(English Category) while LLegue got the third place in the Filipino category.

Meanwhile,their coaches, Mr. Jeffrey Tan and Mrs. Emily Vidal are now preparing them for the upcoming event.

Rain or shine, the aiming journalists did their best during the screening test conducted yesterday, 2:40 pm at the PPP building instead of reading resort due to the bad weather.

Pandibisyong Pagdiriwang Ng Buwan Ng Wikang Pambansa ginanap sa SNHS

Santiago, Agosto 30, 2024 — Isinagawa sa Mataas na Paaralan ng Santiago ang Pandibisyong Pagdiriwang Ng Buwan Ng Wikang Pambansa na dinaluhan ng mga g**o at mag-aaral mula sa iba't ibang paaralan sa Ilocos Sur.

Malugod na pagbati at mainit na pagtanggap ang ipinabot ni Dr. Natividad B. Reyes, Punong-g**o IV sa mga bisita't kalahok kung saan ipinamalas ng mga mag-aaral ang kanilang husay sa pagsulat ng tula, paglikha ng awit, sulat bigkas, pagbabasa ng kwentong pambata at paggawa ng blog.

Nagpahatid rin si Dr. Joel B. Lopez, CESO IV, Pansangay na Tagapamanihala ng mga paaralan, ng kanyang pagbati sa mga bagong halal na opisyal ng KAGUFIL( Kapisanan ng mga G**o sa Filipino) pagkatapos ng kanilang panunumpa ng katungkulan. Nagbigay din ng mensahe si Dr. Jose P. Bueno. Dumalo din sa programa ang alkalde ng bayan ng Santiago na si Hon. Michael Miranda.Nagpakitang-gilas din ang mga piling g**o at mag-aaral ng punong-abalang paaralan.

Maluwalhating natapos ang pagdiriwang matapos matanggap ng mga nagwagi ang kanilang mga medalya.Ngiting tagumpay naman ang naiwan sa mga punong-abala.
