Sa psychology, may collective efficacy: kapag naniniwala ang mga tao na may magagawa sila kapag sama-sama, mas nagiging posible ang pagbabago.
Hindi dahil iisa ang lahat ng opinyon, kundi dahil iisa ang paninindigan sa mahalagang halaga.

Monday feeling isn’t katamaran, madalas transition cost yan. In psychology, may attention residue: kapag galing ka sa rest mode, dala mo pa yung “weekend mind,” kaya hirap mag-shift sa work. Gawin mo lang ito:
✅ Pick 1 priority (not 10)
✅ Start with a 10-minute task (easy win)
✅ Close one tab / one distraction
Momentum comes after starting—not before.

 pero mabilis kang mairita. Hindi ka masama, dysregulated ka lang. Sa psych, minsan anger is a secondary emotion: takip ng pagod, hiya, takot, o lungkot.
Kaya bago ka mag-react, try this:
PAUSE → NAME → NEED
“Na-ooverwhelm ako.”
“Kailangan ko ng pahinga / space / clarity.”
Hindi ito pagiging dramatic. Ito yung emotional regulation.

Sa psych, may allostatic load: ‘yung ipon-ipong stress (decisions, notifications, comparison) na unti-unting umuubos sa utak at katawan.
So today, don’t chase motivation, choose regulation: breathe, set one boundary, finish one small task. đŸ«¶đŸ»
Rest is a requirement, not a reward. đŸ€—
