To ensure a smooth and hassle-free enrollment process, all incoming students are advised to prepare the following requirements and observe the specified dress code and grooming standards. Please read carefully and comply accordingly.

Previous school ID or any valid government-issued ID (for identity verification)

Writing Material
• One (1) black ball penFolders
• One (1) long white folder
• Two (2) long folders, color-coded according to your program:
Green folder – for BS Criminology (BSCRIM) Red folder – for BS Hospitality Management (BSHM) Yellow folder – for BS Tourism Management (BSTM) White folder – for B Industiral Technology (BIndTech)

Photographs
• Two (2) pieces of 2x2 ID photos with: ○ White background ○ Wearing a collared shirt ○ No eyeglasses or accessoriesDress Code Upon Enrollment

• Plain white collared shirt or polo shirt (strictly no designs or logos) • Jeans or long pants (no shorts, skirts, or ripped jeans) • Closed shoes only (no slippers, sandals, or open footwear) • No accessories (e.g., earrings, necklaces, bracelets)Grooming

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | Northern Iloilo State University – Victorino Salcedo Campus sets the tone for academic success with the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 held at the NISU-VSSC Gymnasium. Incoming freshmen from the BSHM, BSTM, BSIT, and BSCRIM programs gathered to gear up for the year ahead — guided by insights, reminders, and shared expectations from the academic community. This orientation not only welcomed the newest Victorinians but also empowered them to embark on their college journey with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
