I was moved by Kara David’s gentle conviction when she said, “Sa mundong punong-puno ng fake, piliin nating maging totoo. Sa mundong punong-puno ng galit, piliin nating maging mabuti.”

In a world where pretending has become a skill and kindness feels like a rare currency,
her words remind us that goodness is still a choice.

And it’s one we can afford every single day.

It costs nothing to be kind, especially when anger feels easier, and bitterness feels justified.

Kara’s words are reminder that the world becomes lighter when even one person chooses compassion over retaliation, and humility over ego.

And maybe that’s all we can do. To be the real ones in a world of copies, to be the gentle ones in a world of rage.

Goodness doesn’t ask for payment. It only asks for courage.

And every time you choose it, you make the world a little more bearable, for others, and for yourself.

Si Imee ang tipo ng kapatid na katatakutan mo. Hindi ito simpleng “toxic sibling.” Ito yung tipong isusumpa mo sa sama ng loob.

Oo, nag-aaway ang magkapatid.
Natural ‘yan.
sigawan, tampuhan, samaan ng loob.
Pero sa dulo, may yakap pa rin.
Tatahimik

Ganyan ang tipikal na pamilyang pinoy.
May sugat, pero marunong maghilom;
May tampo, pero may natitirang respeto.

Pero si Imee? Wala. Binura niya lahat ‘yon.

She went out in public and basically threw her own brother under the bus, at hindi lang basta bus, kundi yung tipong naka-full speed pa. Onstage, on record, walang preno.

The wrinkles on the face are beautiful...
They talk about You...
they tell your story...
Your victory...
Your defeats...
Your laughter...
Your apprehensions...
Your past and present love...
Wrinkles tell a beautiful story, the life you had
the courage to live... 🙂🧡

EMMAN’S STORY BROKE MANY HEARTS. 💔

She was just a little girl when her world changed. What was supposed to be a safe home became a place of fear. The person everyone trusted to care for her was the same person who destroyed her innocence.

At only 3 or 4 years old, she was treated harshly, humiliated, and forced to see things no child should ever see. She was silenced before she could even understand what was happening. She thought it was normal, so she stayed quiet.

While other children were learning to laugh and dream, she was learning to survive.
While others felt love, she felt fear.

Her parents never knew. She carried everything in silence, believing that pain was just part of life. But that silence, that weight, it grew heavier as she got older. Until one day, she couldn’t carry it anymore.

She was only nineteen. Too young to give up, but too tired to keep fighting the battles no one saw.

This should open every parent’s eyes.
Be careful who you trust with your child.
Not every smile is kind. Not every gentle voice is safe.

Pay attention to your child’s eyes.
Listen when they grow quiet.
Ask, even when they don’t speak.
And if you can, protect them with every tool you have. Because sometimes, the danger isn’t outside your home, it’s already inside.

We can’t bring Emman back, but her story can protect others. Her pain must not be in vain.

Rest in peace, Emman Atienza. 🕊️
Your voice will echo through every parent who chooses to protect their child better.

When an earthquake struck, seven-year-old Mariam and her younger brother, Ilaaf, found themselves trapped under the rubble of their home. With her leg pinned and unable to move, Mariam heard Ilaaf’s whimpers. Despite the danger, her first instinct was to protect him. She shielded his head with her hand and whispered comforting words, promising she would never let go.

For seventeen hours, Mariam kept Ilaaf calm, telling him stories to ease his fear, even as the darkness closed in and her own strength faded. Above them, rescuers worked through the night, and when dawn finally broke, they heard Mariam’s faint whisper, “We’re here.”

The rescuers quickly dug them out, and Mariam’s first words were, “Take him first.” Her unwavering love and protection had kept Ilaaf alive. Their story spread worldwide, becoming a symbol of resilience, courage, and the extraordinary power of love.

Mariam’s story reminds us that sometimes, true bravery isn’t about physical strength, but the quiet, steadfast courage that never lets go.🙏🙏🙏
