โ€ŽDue to the sudden electricity outage that affected the publication to conduct their interviews face-to-face, the Eunoia Times Journal decided to shift their second day screening and interview to a more accessible online modality. Thanks to the cooperation of the applicants the second day screening and interview was successfully held by the senior members again via Google Meet.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽSame as yesterday's screening and interview, the senior members reviewed the portfolios of the candidates giving them a chance to explain their works and chance to emphasize their views and understanding about journalism. Focusing on identifying the best candidates who will aligned with the publication's vision and values.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽAs the screening and interview officially wrapped up its final screening process, the selection of new members who'll become new part of the publication will be thoroughly reviewed by the seniors. With that, we seniors give our utmost good lucks to the applicants. Keep an eye out for an email containing your acceptance letter from the publication. Thank you!

โ€ŽThe first ever General assembly for this academic year was held at CvSU-Silang gymnasium last monday, headed by the Psychology Society Officers.

โ€ŽThe event was attended by the DOP faculty led by Department Head Prof. Joseph S. Callanta, RGC, RPm; the Psychology Society together with its sub-organizationsโ€”Peer Counselors, EUNOIA Times Journal, and Teatro de Sikolohiyaโ€”as well as the psychology students from first to fourth year.

โ€ŽThe event was hosted by the Psychology Society public information officer, Ms. Shane Lyn Pomarejos, and business manager, Ms. Cez Alliah Mendoza. The program began with an opening prayer led by the business manager, Ms. Cez Alliah Mendoza followed by opening remarks with Ms. Hazelyn Dela Cruz. An important reminder was then given by Prof. Maricar Lilang, RDG, who discussed the grading system, retention policy, and qualifying exams, particularly for first-year students.

โ€ŽThe introduction of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) was also made, led by Lhara Dave Manipis and its members. Followed by announcing the room-to-room campaign for persuading student to run for the upcoming psychology election 2026-2027 with some reminders regarding the election and voting process.

โ€ŽDue to some conflict the event was cut short and concluded earlier than excepted. The closing remark was led by the outgoing president, Ms. Yvonne Nathalee Cortez by apologizing for the inconvenience, as well as reminding the department regarding the extension for filing of COC for election for another week.

โ€ŽIt is highly encouraged to all candidates running under a party must submit two (2) GPOAs:

โ€Ž1. ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—š๐—ฃ๐—ข๐—” โ€“ Each candidate must submit their own GPOA containing their personal platforms, plans, and proposed projects.
โ€Ž2. ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜† ๐—š๐—ฃ๐—ข๐—” โ€“ Each party must submit one GPOA that consolidates the platforms, plans, and ideas of all candidates under the party.

โ€ŽCandidates running as independent candidates are only required to submit one (1) GPOA, which shall contain their individual platforms, plans, and proposed projects.
