About the first man in my life —
the one who taught me God's love in the most radical way I could ever imagine.
My dad. He is consistent reminder that God's love is beyond my imagination. He’s spent more than half his life serving God — quietly, steadfastly, and with a heart that never seems to run out of love.
His way of serving has always been both radical and unconventional — radical, because he’s never been afraid to go all in for God; unconventional, because he’s never measured ministry just by numbers or applause, but by obedience and love.
I’ve seen and heard him pray in the early mornings, for my mom, then for us (me and my sisters), preach with conviction, and care for others in ways most people will never see. And through all of it, he’s taught me that ministry isn’t just what you do — it’s who you are when no one’s watching.
So today, I celebrate him
— and the God who’s carried him this far.
Happy 54th Birthday, Abba.
Thank You, Lord, for giving me a front-row seat to a life that reflects Your heart. 🧡
