Hello, everyone! I’m Ser Reg. 😊

I’m not a professional teacher—yet. I am currently a 3rd-year Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in Mathematics at Daraga Community College.

Many people ask me why I spend my time teaching children in our community, even though I don’t get paid for it. The truth is… I don’t always have an answer.

Sometimes I get tired. Sometimes I feel stressed. There are days when I wonder if what I’m doing is enough. But every time I see a child smile, solve a math problem, gain confidence, or say, “Salamat po, Sir, Salamat po Manager,” all the stress disappears.

In those simple moments, I realize that teaching is more than giving lessons. It’s about giving hope, building confidence, and reminding every child that they are capable of achieving their dreams.

I may not be a licensed teacher today, but I believe that a heart willing to serve can already make a difference. Every lesson shared, every word of encouragement, and every hour spent helping these children is an investment in their future.

Maybe this isn’t just something I enjoy doing. Maybe this is God’s way of preparing me for the teacher He wants me to become. And for that, I am truly grateful. 🙏😇

To everyone reading this, here’s my message:

Don’t wait until you have a title, a degree, or the perfect opportunity before helping others. If you have the ability to teach, encourage, or inspire someone, do it. The smallest act of kindness can create the biggest impact in someone’s life.

We may never know how many dreams we help build just by showing up for someone who needs us.

Thank you to all the children who inspire me to keep going. You may think I’m your teacher, but every day, you’re teaching me the true meaning of patience, love, and purpose.

If God gives you the chance to be a blessing, never hesitate to say “Yes.” Because sometimes, the greatest purpose in life is simply helping others without expecting anything in return.

Teach with love. Serve with humility. Inspire with your actions. ❤️
