OSA PROCLAIMS WINNERS OF SSG ELECTION 2025

The Office of the Students Affairs (OSA), headed by Ms. Hasmin Ellaso, proclaimed the winners of the Supreme Student Government (SSG) election for Academic Year 2025-2026.

The proclamation ceremony, held tonight, was witnessed by members of the Election Committee (EleCom), faculty members, and staffers from The Scholar.

EleCom Chairman Luke Tactacon led the ceremony, which started at 6:15 pm.

As anticipated, the ONE BENCH party swept all the positions.

The winners are:

1. President: Lance Jester Mangosing
2. Vice President: Darny De Leon
3. Secretary: Kevin D. Bayta
4. Treasurer: Jessica D. Mendoza
5. Auditor: Desiree S. Dela Cruz
6. Senators (ranked according to accumulated votes):
- Victoria Magayes
- Victor De Leon
- Exequiel Miranda
- Emarwin Mark Caseja
- Ken Edriel Hacuman
- Benoit Alayne Munar
- Emmanuel Tiburcio

The three-day computerized election, held on August 29-30 and September 2, 2025, was deemed a success despite initial technical issues on the first day.

The Computer Science Department, led by Chairperson Jennifer Asuncion, played a crucial role in making the election fast, efficient, and foolproof.

Kudos also to the EleCom members for their hard work and dedication.

The afternoon elections officially resume at 1:30 pm.

First year student voters continue to enthusiastically participate in the elections.
