forgive someone who mistreated you.
forgive someone who betrayed you.
forgive someone who cheated on you.
forgive someone who broke you.
forgive the people who caused pain, and trauma with you.

it's uneasy to utter "I am forgiving you".
it's heavy to feel grudge inside of the heart for the ones who shattered you.

know that after the long runned of chasing peace, it can be found in forgiving people sincerely for Allah's sake.

Imagine life as a big story, and Allah is like the main storyteller. Qadr helps us see that we're not the ones deciding every detail of the plot. Instead, Allah is the wise director, carefully shaping the story of our lives.

So, when we accept Qadr, it's like saying, "Okay, Allah, I trust Your plan." It reminds us that our plans are like rough sketches, while Allah has the most amazing design for our lives. This understanding brings us peace, gratefulness, and a humble heart, helping us face life's ups and downs with trust in Allah's perfect plan.

just because it already happened a long time ago, it doesn't mean hindi ka na pwedeng masaktan tuwing maaalala ’yon. your feelings are completely valid. hindi nila pwede gawing excuse yong “matagal na ’yon” para iinvalidate ka. after all, walang expiration ang feelings mo na pagkatapos ng isa o limang taon ay dapat hindi ka na apektado. if it triggers you, it triggers you. and you might feel that way kasi this time, you already know better. alam mo nang hindi mo talaga deserve 'yong nangyari, at ngayong nauungkat ulit yong alaalang iyon, you couldn't help but feel bad for your younger self.

so yes, if u ask me, you’re still allowed to
get triggered over things that had hurt you. kahit gaano pa man katagal 'yon nangyari.
