Sa trabaho hindi lang abilidad ang importante, mahalaga rin yung pakikisama, at pakikipag kapwa.

Kahit gaano ka kagaling, kahit gaano ka katalino, walang susunod sayo kung iba ang direksyon mo sa mga kasama mo.

Hindi naman masamang sumunod sa iba lalo na kung hindi naman mali yung ginagawa nila. mas gagaan nga yung trabaho kung meron kang kasama.

Kaya wag mo ng pabigatin pa lalo na kung mag isa ka. basta ang layunin niyo iisa lahat matatapos kahit ano magagawa.
