Being a virtual assistant can be your ticket to freedom—but it’s not as simple as working in your pajamas and calling the shots. Yes, you get to choose your clients, set your own schedule, and work from anywhere, but that freedom comes with responsibility. Hi, this is France. 🖐️
I know most of you here already know me and dang, I didn’t think that I’ll be able to have 200 likes on this page because I was not planning to expose this to anyone, at all. 👍
The first liker of this page was of course, me (not surprising). Then after 3 weeks or so, the training’s social media campaign started and I ridiculously thought of inviting 20 close friends in the hope that they will like my page and not share it with any soul. Well, that backfires in a good way and now, 3 weeks later here we are on the count to 300 likes (as if haha). 😉
Thank you to my college classmates, close friends, DCYI volunteers, and Facebook friends who believe in me by reacting and sharing some of my content especially to the ones who believed in me since day 1. Thank you for appreciating my work, this is amazing. 🙇
With that, I promise to post informative, relevant, and eye-catching content though I am not confident that it’s going to be daily (my creative juices are at its core na haha).

❗️As a person, who plans a lot, most of the time I fail to follow it. Probably because I do not usually set some methods or practices on how to achieve it. So, to counter this I stick to these practices to be productive and be steps away from achieving my goals. 🎉

When you have a goal in mind always apply this strategy.
💡Start with SMART goals.

S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Achievable
R = Relevant
T = Tangible

❗️It is not unlikely that we feel like we are not taking care of our self. I, too am guilty of that. I ridiculously thought that taking vitamins could compensate for my lack of sleep, not consuming vegetables, and not exercising regularly, *spoiler alert*, it was not. I had dark circles under my eyes, pale skin and I easily get sick. So, by mid-2021, I religiously followed some tips to counter these unhealthy effects on my body. Surprisingly, it worked.😉

👇So, here are tidbits on how to take good care of ourselves,

1- Sleep on time. 😴
I do not suggest sleeping early like 7 or 8 PM because on the adult language early varies, plus we cannot afford to sleep by those times because we tend to do tasks, work, and some are still having their dinner. Sleep on time that you get 7-8 hours of sleep.

2- Drink a lot of water. 💧
When I say a lot, I mean 1.5 - 2 liters and that depends on the weather or the work you do. I just know that 1.5 liters is the minimum, not the average. Hydrating yourself regularly is a must. Not because you are thirsty but because your body needs it.

3- Sunlight exposure. ☀️
According to Healthline, regular sun exposure is the most natural way to get enough vitamin D to maintain healthy blood levels, so one need to aim to get 10–30 minutes of midday sunlight, several times per week. Plus, sunlight also helps our body by releasing the natural hormone of serotonin.

4- Eat healthily and heartily. 🍌🍅
Consuming healthy foods such as fish, meat, vegetables,fruits, etc especially if it's organic helps our body to be healthy and makes our gut happy.

1-Exercise regularly. 🏃
Exercising is therapeutic in the sense that you get to jog or walk while breathing fresh air and you get to notice trivial things around you that makes you happy. Try to jog or walk with your dog at least once a week or Zumba. It will certainly lighten your mood.

🤗If you are finding it hard you can always start from one change then two until you reach your goal.
