📣 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐀 𝟏𝟏𝟗𝟑𝟎: 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 (𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐄𝐂)
In a strong effort to promote child protection and digital safety, a 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 was conducted at 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, Barangay Lamhako, Tboli, South Cotabato. The session centered on 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝟏𝟏𝟗𝟑𝟎 – 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 (𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐄𝐂) 𝐋𝐚𝐰.
The activity featured 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐨 as the guest speaker from the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 , who discussed the key provisions of the law and shared valuable insights to help students stay safe online.

🎯 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬:
- To educate students about RA 11930 and how it protects children from online sexual exploitation
- To raise awareness on the risks and realities of online abuse
- To empower youth to speak up, seek help, and take protective measures
- To promote responsible digital citizenship and community vigilance
This initiative is part of the ongoing advocacy of the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦(𝟒𝐩𝐬) under the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃) and its partners to build a safe, informed, and empowered youth sector in Tboli.
