In a strong effort to promote child protection and digital safety, a 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 was conducted at 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, Barangay Lamhako, Tboli, South Cotabato. The session centered on 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝟏𝟏𝟗𝟑𝟎 – 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 (𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐄𝐂) 𝐋𝐚𝐰.

The activity featured 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐨 as the guest speaker from the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 , who discussed the key provisions of the law and shared valuable insights to help students stay safe online.

🎯 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬:
- To educate students about RA 11930 and how it protects children from online sexual exploitation
- To raise awareness on the risks and realities of online abuse
- To empower youth to speak up, seek help, and take protective measures
- To promote responsible digital citizenship and community vigilance

This initiative is part of the ongoing advocacy of the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦(𝟒𝐩𝐬) under the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃) and its partners to build a safe, informed, and empowered youth sector in Tboli.

𝐋𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐌𝐏𝐀, the assinged Municipal Agricultural officer, with Presiding Officer 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, 𝐑𝐒𝐖, and the unwavering support of 𝐌𝐒𝐖𝐃𝐎 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐎. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞.

A successful 4Ps Parent Leaders Training was held last September 24–25, 2025 at the OMAG Agri Center, spearheaded by 𝐓𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 with the support of 𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐓𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐢.

This two-day training aimed to empower 4Ps parent leaders by enhancing their leadership capabilities and equipping them with valuable knowledge on Micro-Enterprise Development, paving the way toward self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.

LOOK| Celebrating 4Ps Day at Brgy. Lamhako, Tboli, South Cotabato | September 21, 2025

Last September 21, 2025, we held a vibrant 4Ps Day at Barangay Lamhako in partnership with our dedicated Municipal Links, Mr. Mark Tanael and Mr. Anthony Luces who assigned at Barangay Lamhako together with Ms. Werlyn Sman and Mr. Eddie Porras.

The event featured fun and meaningful activities such as table skirting, food and gulay displays, as well as dance and singing contests — all showcasing the talents, creativity, and unity of our 4Ps beneficiaries.

This celebration aimed to strengthen community spirit, promote healthy lifestyles and local produce, and reinforce the values of active participation and self-reliance among beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

Together, we continue building stronger and more empowered communities!

Philippines Statistic Authoity(PSA) Registration on Philsys Card Number (PCN)

📍 Barangay Poblacion, Tboli, South Cotabato | September 20–21, 2025

The PSA registration held at Barangay Poblacion aimed to officially register the beneficiaries of the 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program). This ensures that qualified families that are in the target of PCN are properly documented and be assisted of their National ID processing.

Strengthening Collaboration
with Key Stakeholders 🤝

Field implementers of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) assigned to Barangay Datal Bob, Tboli, South Cotabato, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Harley Poncardas, School Head of Datal Bob Elementary School, and the faculty during their regular Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting with 4Ps grantees and beneficiaries.

During the program, the assigned City/Municipal Link delivered a brief but comprehensive overview of the 4Ps’ mandates, conditionalities, processes, and key compliance indicators. The session also served as a platform to address various concerns raised by the school head and teachers, which were adequately clarified by the program staff.

This engagement reflects the continuing commitment of 4Ps to foster strong partnerships with educational institutions in order to ensure effective implementation and achievement of program goals.

On June 3, 2025, the Social Welfare Assistants (SWAs) of Tboli Convergence-Main—represented by Shahanie Macadato, Paulina Oping, Merijoy Maulid, Ricky John Galindo, and Normalia Marohom—collaborated with representatives from TESDA-Surallah, namely Leo Jun Mauricio and Jayson Soriaga. This joint effort marks a step toward strengthening community-based programs and expanding opportunities for skills development and livelihood training in Tboli.

A coordination meeting last June 27, 2025 among 4Ps Tboli, DepEd, Holy Child Surallah and Santo Niño College Foundation Inc.

📚✨ Bringing Learning Closer to Home: The partnership between 4Ps DSWD and DepEd is creating more chances for those who left school to start again—right within their own communities.

A key step forward in this initiative was a coordination meeting attended by the dedicated Social Welfare Assistants (SWAs) of 4Ps Tboli, teachers assigned across various barangays—led by Junie P. Latorza, head of ALS —and PSB teacher Cherry Lyn Joy A. Castin. This collaborative gathering reinforced the shared commitment to expanding access to education and deepening community engagement.
