UPDATE: Mas lumakas pa at naging Typhoon ang bago ito mag-landfall sa Dinapigue, Isabela batay sa 11:00 a.m. weather bulletin ng PAGASA ngayong Biyernes, Okt. 3.
Huling namataan ang bagyo sa paligid ng San Guillermo, Isabela na may dalang lakas ng hangin na aabot sa 130 kph at pagbugsong aabot sa 215kph.
