No oven egg pie recipe

ingredients
2 cup all purpose flour (240g)
3Β½ tablespoon sugar (35g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
2/3 cup margarine or butter (140g)
6 tablespoon water (72ml)

Filling
6 egg separate 1 white
1 can condensed milk (390g)
1 can Evaporated milk (410ml)
1 tsp lemon/calamansi/vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
3/4 cup powder milk (68g)

Topping
1 egg white

Make 3 pan size 6x4x1Β½

The wok has no water it is improvised oven
heat the wok for 2 minutes on medium heat and put cooling rack
Cook on medium Low heat for 55 to 60 minutes

if you have an oven at home bake it 150c for 50 to 60 minutes

Pwedeng pang meryenda, pwede ding pang negosyo! Masarap din itong i-partner sa mainit na kape..β˜•Subukan mo itong napakasarap na, PICHI PICHI RECIPE ❀️
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo fresh cassava
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Grated coconut
Grated cheese

Directions:
Prepare and peel the cassava. Finely grate them using a grater. Remove the root in the middle.
Squeeze the grated cassava to get the excess juice. Use a strainer and a spatula to do this. Set aside. Let the juice set for 15 minutes.
Separate the cassava juice from the starch that settled at the bottom. Then, add a cup of water to the juice. Stir and mix well.
Combine the squeezed cassava and the juice. Add the sugar then mix until well combined.
Prepare and grease the molders. Fill the molders with the cassava mixture and then arrange them in a steamer. Make sure that the water is already boiling. Let this steam for 30 minutes using medium heat (I used medium sized molders).
Let them cool first before unmolding. Unmold them gently one by one and then coat them with grated coconut or with grated cheese (or both!).
Transfer the pichi pichi to a serving plate and enjoy this with your favorite tea or coffee.

Espasol Recipe

Ingredients:
● 3 cups glutinous flour
● 1 can coconut milk
● 1 can condensed milk or ube condensed milk
● 1 cup of fresh milk
● Β½ tsp salt
● Β½ cup light brown sugar

Procedure:
● Toast glutinous flour, stirring frequently for about 15 to 20 minutes or until colour changes to pale gold and aroma becomes nutty.
● Separate Β½ cup for coating.
In the same pan, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, fresh milk, salt, and light brown sugar.
● Bring to a boil.
● Add toasted glutinous flour, whisking vigorously to preventlumps. Stirring and turning regularly for about 35 to 40 minutes or until very sticky and becomes oily.
● Dust the parchment paper with reserved toasted flour.
● Transfer the espasol into the dusted parchment paper.
● Flatten the espasol and slice into the desired lengths and then roll on to toasted flour to fully coat.
● Cut into bite size.

PUTONG BIGAS RECIPE
na mapapauhgsss ka sa sarap
Ingredients
440 grams rice flour ( 31/2 cups )
2 cups water or gata
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp yeast
Pinch of salt
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla ( optional )

Tanzhong/roux
60 grams rice flour
2 cups water

Uhgsss Procedure
In a big bowl mix ingredients such as rice flour , baking powder yeast pinch of salt and sugar , mix corporatelyn, add water mix until dissolve add vanilla optional. Set aside
For making a Tanzhong/Roux
On a sauce pan mix ,60, grams of rice flour and 2 cups of water mix to dissolve and turn on the heat cook until paste in texture.
Let it cool before mixing to the batter. Fold all together mix incorporately cover and rest for 20-30minutes
While resting Prepare you banana leaves and heat on fire side by so it wont tear when putting into a p**o molder.
you can cut sides and put on the molder so it will have nice look.
Mix and put the batter each molder
At this time make sure you already boiled water on the steamer ,
then cook it for about 15-20minutes.
Tips : put a cloth on the steamer cover to avoid dropping steam on the p**o batter that will affects the outcome of your p**o
Repeat steps on the remaining batter
Cool and serve Uhgsss
