And So, It Begins: Welcome to ML Stories 🙂
For years, this project has been a resident of my notebooks, a topic of late-night conversations, a dream I was always “going to start soon.” Well, soon is finally here.
This isn’t just another travel blog. This is a love letter to a place that is so much more than the sum of its tourist spots. My vision for this page is to amplify the stories that make Bohol truly magical.
Recognizing our island's incredible potential to be a beacon for sustainable tourism, this space will champion a different kind of travel. We'll explore what it means to be a responsible traveler. How can we, as visitors and as locals, ensure that our presence is a blessing, not a burden?
We will celebrate Bohol’s designation as a UNESCO Global Geopark, a testament to its unique geological heritage and the deep connection between its people and nature. We’ll talk about the importance of protecting our delicate ecosystems—the tarsiers, the pristine reefs, and the sprawling mangrove forests that are the lungs of our coastline.
But most importantly, we will turn the spotlight on the heart of Bohol: its people.
