Formula-fed babies are just as healthy, loved, and cared for as breastfed babies. I hate how some people act like formula is a last resort, like if you're not breastfeeding, you're somehow doing less for your baby. But let's be real—formula is a lifesaver. It’s nutrition, it’s backed by science, and it keeps babies fed, growing, and thriving. For so many of us, it's the difference between struggling every day and actually enjoying motherhood.

Not every mom can breastfeed. Not every mom wants to. And honestly, no mom should have to explain why she chose formula. At the end of the day, what matters is that your baby is fed and healthy. A happy, thriving baby is way more important than meeting someone else's idea of what you "should" be doing.

So if you’re formula-feeding? You’re doing an amazing job. Your baby is loved, cared for, and getting exactly what they need—and that’s what matters most.
