I have been podcasting since 2020 and never have I ever been clear about what I want to happen with my career and my business, until I started opening my mouth and speaking. I used to be this shy person, and I would rather just keep mum unless someone asks me. Interviews were extra harder when I started, because I was I was soooo self conscious. But when I became comfortable with the uncomfortable, I started to realize that my people needs me. My mission is clear, the shyness vanished. I have full confidence in myself no matter what. I will lie if I say I don’t. But because of podcasting, I learned to position myself. The more I talk about my thoughts, the clearer my thought process becomes. Have you ever done the braindump on your journal? That's how podcasting is to me. WORDS ARE POWERFUL. And so when you talk about things you want to do out loud, and you listen to it, You are affirming to yourself and to your tribe.
